LÚA NAIL SPOT ONLINE BOOKING POLICY
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
• We require 24 HOURS notice for CANCELLATION or RESCHEDULING. No exceptions.
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours, cancellations due to tardiness, or no call/no shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
LATE ARRIVALS
• To ensure timely service to each of our guests, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your reservation if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time.
• Please allow yourself enough time for traffic and any other obstacles you may encounter on your way to Lúa.
SERVICES
• Please understand if you did not book the correct service, you may not be able to switch services upon arrival. We will provide the service selected at the time of booking.
• To avoid misunderstandings, we ask that you take a moment to read about Lúa Nail Spot services or contact us with any questions prior to booking.
• ALL PRICES ARE BASE PRICES and are subject to increase depending on intricacy, supply cost, and labor.
CHILDREN & GUEST POLICY
NO EXTRA GUESTS.
We would love to assist your children during their scheduled appointments. Our salon studio is a cozy space and can only accommodate scheduled clients.
As a courtesy to other salon clients and due to safety concerns, please refrain from bringing guests or children who are not receiving services. Salon space is limited, and we aim to minimize interference with paying clientele.
If you are bringing a child for their appointment and there is a waiting period, they must remain seated in the waiting area and away from chairs, tools, and equipment. Your child’s safety is our top priority, as salon tools and products can be harmful if accidents occur.
REFUNDS
• Lúa Nail Spot does not issue refunds on salon services.
• If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact the salon coordinator within 7 days so we may address your concerns promptly.
• You will be rescheduled with the original stylist to make any necessary adjustments.
PHOTO POLICY
Lúa Nail Spot reserves the right to publish, post, and promote photos taken on our private property.
If you wish not to have your photo used, please inform us. While we will do our best to accommodate, it is not guaranteed.
SURVEILLANCE POLICY
Lúa Nail Spot has surveillance cameras inside and outside the building for the safety and protection of our staff and clients.
WAXING SERVICE POLICY – RETINOID USAGE
Clients must disclose the use of retinoid-based products (e.g., Retin-A, Tretinoin) or any treatments that increase skin sensitivity prior to waxing services.
Failure to notify us may result in service denial for safety reasons.
LIABILITY WAIVER POLICY
• Lúa Nail Spot is an independently owned business and is not responsible for services rendered at other establishments.
• Lúa Nail Spot reserves the right to refuse service if a health condition poses a risk to the client, technician, or other clients.
• By scheduling an appointment online, you acknowledge and agree to release Lúa Nail Spot and its employees from all liabilities related to services received.
• Clients are responsible for informing their technician of any health conditions, including but not limited to diabetes, pregnancy, infectious diseases, or allergies.
• By proceeding with your appointment, you accept these terms and acknowledge the potential risks involved.
NO SPEAKERPHONE USE, PLEASE
For the comfort of all our clients, please refrain from using speakerphone in the salon.
If you need to take a call, kindly use headphones or step outside.
